I had my own electrical contracting business in England till 1982 when I emigrated to South Africa. The main core of my business was a 24/7 breakdown service, whether it be a machine in a paper mill or light fitting in some ones bathroom. I have selected a few companies I feel are relevant to my job description and career skills, but there are many more to choose from.

Over the years the history of my career has changed from electrician to site manager and every position in between. I enjoy the challenge of quality control the most, because it involves the interpretation of what the Client/Vendor requires and what the contractor installs as per specifications. These are legal documents and demand detail attention. So when I am given a project, I want to make a success of it, and that is my definition of achievement.
